Water Damage Flooring Removed

A homeowner from Pasadena, CA called SERVPRO of Arcadia after a heavy rain shower. This photo captures the water damage caused by a leaky roof that led to the water being leaked into the restroom and dripping all over their floor. SERVPRO of Arcadia came in and used the proper equipment to draw it all out from the home. They patched up the roof to stop further leaks and took out all of the affected flooring. SERVPRO also took out some of the drywall to prevent mold growth inside of the home and into other rooms that could have possibly been affected. The homeowners were extremely grateful that SERVPRO of Arcadia acted quickly!
