Quick Dry Out

Water damages happen and we, at SERVPRO of Arcadia are here to help! This commercial building flooded due to a sewage back up from a restroom and effected two units of the property! A crew made it to the job in under an hour and immediately began to extract and sanitize all the effected areas of each unit. In this photo you will see that the crew removed carpet due to the type of loss. During a sewage loss materials are considered contaminated and must be removed. If we are called as soon as a loss occurs we can move quick enough to dry out materials within three days and get tenants back in their space as soon as possible.
