Sewage Back Up

This was a sewage back up that started from the master bathroom of the house, customer reported to us that sewage appeared to be spewing out like a "geyser." SERVPRO reported to the job right away.

First steps SERVPRO took with this sewage back up was securing the source of the problem . Then we removed any damaged materials (wood flooring, carpet , padding). The water got into the walls so we had to cut 2 feet from the ground up at the affected areas. After that we had to clean and sanitize the property, then the drying process starts. This is when we set up our equipment.

We made this sewage back up "Like it never even happened."
