Water Damage from Kitchen Sink

The water damage in the before and after pictures was caused by a leaking pipe under the kitchen sink. The water traveled from the kitchen and affected the entry hallway, den and dining room. We must first extract all the water possible, so that we can place are equipment and begin the drying process. In this water also got into the drywall. The pictures on the right show the walls being cut to dry, and how it looked after we finished. SERVPRO of Arcadia was able to conduct the water mitigation as well reconstruct all the affected areas and leave it, "Like it never even happened."
