Water Damage Caused by Water Heater

This water damage was caused as result of failure in the water heater in the upstairs unit. The damage had occurred 7 days prior. We were able to be on-site within the hour of being notified of the loss. We immediately began drying by placing equipment and ventilating the structure in the affected areas. Shortly after everything was dry we began the reconstructing process and were able to rebuilt the bathroom and the living room. Our customer was extremely relieved that we were able to perform our work from start to finish and get their tenant back into the unit promptly.
